A 1990's mountainside home in Utah receives an overdue and modern update for an expanding family of five.
Perched on a gorgeous site with an expansive view, this 1990's home was in serious need of an update. The Schematic Design phase we explored included a 2400sf addition to the back of the house, an updated deck, a outdoor Hot Tub room, and a newly renovated kitchen and basement.
